Exeter Strimming Services is a trading name used by Sam Hembury, based in Exeter and working across Exeter and roughly 20 miles around. The site you are reading is exeterstrimming.co.uk.

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address or town you gave, and what you wrote in the message box. That is the lot. There is no account to create and nothing else is asked for.

The form records the moment the page loaded so that automated submissions can be filtered out. Your IP address is used in the same way, to limit how many messages one connection can send in a short period. Neither is stored alongside your enquiry.

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, quote for the work and arrange the visit. They are not sold, rented, shared with marketing companies or added to any mailing list.

The enquiry is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and lands in the Hembury Contracting inbox. It is kept there while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a query about work carried out.

Photographs are taken before and after a clearance so there is a record of what was done, and they are sent to you. They are held for the same period as the job record.

They are not published, put on social media or used in marketing without asking you first, and photographs of a private garden are never used to identify a property or an owner.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. If a Google Analytics property is connected, it measures page views and where visits came from, and nothing that identifies you personally.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@hemburycontracting.co.uk and it will be dealt with. If you are not happy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
